Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description Allstate Appraisal is a 63 year old appraisal management company located in Chicago Heights, IL The Marketting Director position requires maintaining all functionalities of the Marketing Department, including but not limited to the tasks and duties listed below.
Tasks -- Review the current Allstate Appraisal brand -- Update or maintain the Allstate Appraisal brand -- Update and maintain the Allstate Appraisal website -- Update and maintain blog postings -- Create and distribute weekly/biweekly email campaigns based on industry relevance -- Create and distribute monthly eNewsletter -- Post and maintain social media channels -- Tracks and report metrics to President with recommended changes as needed -- Update/Maintain/Create all Allstate Appraisal marketing materials Must have knowledge -- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, CS6 a plus -- CRM and Email Marketing experience preferably with Infusionsoft -- Current CMS working knowledge, Kentico a plus -- Experience with social media platforms such at LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter -- Writing and proofreading skills -- Graphic design skills -- Able to research and write content that is relevant to the Appraisal Industry -- Must have experience in creating and implementing a marketing calendar Communication and Relationship Skills -- Manage outside vendors related to marketing -- Must be able to collaborate, strategize and provide recommendations to Exec Team -- Must be able to engage with staff, clients, and prospects from entry level to c-suite -- Shows initiative and must be able to work autonomously
