WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Provide exemplary customer service; greet and direct patients, family members, and other visitors.
Answer incoming calls; respond to inquiries, or direct caller to appropriate staff for assistance.
Schedule appointments and accurately enters data into scheduling system.
Register patients and enters or updates demographic and insurance information into EMR system.
Communicate with clinical staff to maintain patient flow and update waiting patients.
Collect patient payments; applies payments and adjustments to patient accounts.
Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers.
Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Required 1 year Customer ServiceRequired and 1 year HealthcarePreferred TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
