Responsibilities
IBS design experience, strong preference on IBWave experience. -Very experienced with DAS Verification and optimization to optimize UL RSSI and balance DL/UL power by tuning DAS system gains and attenuation
Ability to connect and configure DAS and BTS equipment. -Should be experienced with DAS equipment (i.e. Andrew/CommScope, PowerWave and Mobile Access).
Must have experience with current BTS equipment for GSM, UMTS and LTE technologies and knowledge of Cpich Adjustments and Parameter Changes.
Experience with CW testing of antenna placements and establishing link budgets
