Valvoline Instant Oil Change is currently hiring full-time and part-time Automotive Technicians for our location in Chicago Heights. ALL TRAINING PROVIDED. Automotive experience is not required, but a strong interest in cars is important. Benefits include group health insurance and a 401(k) plan. Starting wage is $13 per hour.

A Successful Technician at Valvoline Instant Oil Change:

Physical Requirements:
-- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-- Must have full body mobility: twisting, turning, and working for extensive periods of time with hands above the head
-- Must be able to stoop four times per vehicle up to six to ten times per hour of work
-- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time each shift worked
-- Must be able to climb stairs
-- Must be able to use a computer

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
